@Kane their positions aren’t even comparable. When Todd broke his arm all of the pressure was straight on his humerus and he pulled that way for years. Guys like oniani pull in better positions. Also note that most arm snaps happen in a hook. When toprollung you are generally safer

…..при всем уважении, Олегу, чтобы прогрессировать с учётом набора веса, нужно развивать правую руку. С точки зрения биомеханики, его физиологическая аномалия, которая была огромным преимуществом в 70кг, становится недостатком в более тяжелых весовых. В борьбе с маленькими ребятами, его огромная неудобная кисть была просто непобедима. Но как только попадается большая лапа и надо включать в борьбу не просто кисть, а большие группы мышц, начинаются проблемы……..не тянет у Олежки не спина, не грудь…..я, если честно, так и не понял глядя на турка, чем он боролся…..но парень сильный. В любом случае удачи обоим!

I honestly believe the pads should be a little bigger in width and length...they would be much less elbow fouls and would allow more space for the elbow to move which would help the athletes to better execute their techniques!
