This show blew my mind away, like wtf just like Dark all over again and these two were just so cute, I really hope we can see more of them in the future, love the fact that despite not speaking the same language, they love each other. We don’t know whether they’re all having separate simulations so they probably didn’t even have the same storyline as the one we saw through the MCs perspective

we don't know what their relationship is in real life. We know that the simulation can mess with their heads and implant memories so real they think they lived them. So for example, we are not even sure if Yi in real life is even like the one in her simulation. Yi could be a chinese-American engineer who speaks perfect english in real life and she wouldn't even remember that until she's out of the simulation. She could also be a lesbian who is the adoptive sister of Olek.... again who they were in the simulation is not them in real life. It's all fabricated.

Prior to the simulation Olek and Yi could have been siblings or friends in college or strangers.... the possibilities are endless. but we also know that what they experienced in the simulation is something they remember and can bring back with them. The french guy who had a seizure could be healthy and maybe he isn't even french... that's how crazy real these simulations. I mean that main MC girl didn't even know she had an actual son in real life
