Berry pie recipe
This is a very simple and delicious pie. It can be safely classified as an easy “guests on the doorstep” recipe.
250 grams of sour cream of any fat content (I used 20%)
180 grams of sugar,
2 eggs,
100 grams of butter,
300-350 grams of flour,
1 pack of baking powder (16 grams)
a pinch of salt.
Any berries. I used frozen blackcurrants.
Mix all the ingredients for the dough and place in the mold. Place berries on top. Bake at 200 C for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle the top of the finished cake with powdered sugar.
