Morning routine of a diligent housewife, Cleaning and cleaning, Cooking at home, Vlog
Eggplant salad.
Peel the eggplants and cut into large pieces. Soak in water. The water can be salted.
Chop cherry tomatoes, onions, cilantro.
Dredge eggplant in cornstarch and fry in hot oil.
Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season with sauce.
Sauce: Sweet ketchup 1 tbsp. l., chili sauce 2 tbsp, 1 tbsp. l. oyster sauce (I didn’t have oyster sauce, so I made it without it)
You can take sweet tomato sauce and chop chili peppers into it.

براستی همینطوره . چند روز دیگه تولد 61سالگی من هست در حسرت یه زندگی پر آرامش در خانه آیی کوچک و دنج در جایی ساکت و آرام هستم .این روزها حتی از رفتن به کوچه و خیابان دوری میکنم .میل رفتن میان سبزه زاران و درختان و دشت رو دارم ..بوی سبزه ها و گیاهان ......امیدوارم تا چند ماه دیگه بتونم اینکارو بکنم

Ahoj 🌞 od kedy mám parné zariadenie na miesto žehličky ,mám za veľmi krátky čas bavlnené, ľanové obrusy, obliečky,utierky v perfektnom stave. Dokonca kolmo krásne naparí aj blúzky, šaty, kabáty, plášte 👍👍👍 vidím,že máš kvalitné spotrebiče,ja za tento som vďačná. Priesady tiež pestujem na okne,kde rýchlo rastú. Good to see you again, Olesya! Your home is beautiful. I absolutely love your chickens! I'm hoping I can find that breed of chickens here in the U.S. when I get ready to take on that responsibility. The salad looks very delicious. I never thought you could fry egg plant with corn starch and get such a crispy texture. On the bench color, I say go with your intuition because light olive is a favorite color for me, this one is called "rye grass". I also love a dusty blue color called, "drizzle". Thank you for the salad recipe and dressing too!! It looks delicious and again you've given me encouragement! Much love & Have a Blessed Week 😍
