Accually I like soy milk becuse it dosen't have calcium in it, becuse to get this calcium into your bones/body, you need to get calcium from your bones to get that one (sorry if you don't get it) and you get anything, you even lose calcium! Everything that is not regular milk, but it is made of it - it is safe for 100%.

Bonus synergy! Booger tears+tech zero You stick a couple boogers to each side of a boss like ultra greed and it literally just chips down the health bar whilst you sit in the corner because the booger tears have electric streams between each other and melt the boss I got this in ultra greed and destroyed him while I barely took damage.

I like the list. This feels more like “Ways to cope with the fact curse of the blind cursed you with soy milk” though. All it does is give you a 1 rate of fire and a huge damage down with an awful negative multiplier. On most runs your tear rate will be around 5-7, which is not so bad. But you’ll usually have more damage or other items to help.

Exactly, it reads more like how to save yourself from a shit item. Other than the libra synergy, the rest are either extremely risky (fetus/ipecac) or just a way to make the best of a high tear rate. Items like Jacobs ladder would be far better with say a 7 tear rate with good damage.

My favorite soy Milk synergies . I’m from the future and this a repentance only synergy(A dlc Released in 2020, a Disaster of a year): Technology. In Repentance Technology will be changed to have better graphical effects(like all tech items) and now be affected by direction. Other than technology is the same. Soy milk here makes it a rapid fire laser that Still is Basically Piercing + An infinite range up. Other favorite of mine(From someone who will never turn Soy milk down in a run RELIGIOUSLY) is Ocular Rift. The Ocular rift shots are way more common since you are firing my tears at a very high fire rate. The final one I’m sharing is Eye of the Occult. Eye of the occult is a damage+Tears up but five marked style crosshair(Marked is changed to be able to stop firing by hiring control on the keyboard) and allows tears to be remotely controlled from the crosshair generated by this item at the cost of -0.16 shot speed. Add soy milk and that is a lot of RC Tears.

Alpha Drago it's bad if your damage is high enough. on powerful runs it ends up lowering the clear speed because it takes a good while to explode. i rather avoid it since i often aim for a powerful run

I had an absolutely crazy run earlier, where I decided to spawn in Soy Milk and an item to try to counterbalance it (I chose Mutated Spider for quad Soy Milk). The Burning Basement was an XL floor with Jacob's Ladder and Tractor Beam, which made me overpowered from start to finish... Seriously, Jacob's Ladder and Soy Milk. I haven't finished the video yet, but I swear to god if that isn't on the list then wtf man. I even got 7x shots and many double-damage items while managing to get back to a tear rate of 1.

Explosivo with Nose Goblin and Sinus infection for extra damage over time is so good. Throw scorpio in the mix for even more bleeding. Dead dove for piercing and spectral shots to just melt enemies.

i have a few really good synergie with soymilk i've found id like to share. with all you dudes in the comment section. serpents kiss. the way the item works, is that you have a chance to fire poison tears, and when an enemy dies to the poison, they have a 20 percent chance to drop a black heart. in this case the low damage is actually beneficial as they'll more likely die from the poison, and every enemy will be poisoned with how many tears you're shooting. so you can max out your health in like 1 room, or, if theres an enemy that spawns enemies, youll be able to max out your health again. and polythemius. i know what you're thinking, but hear me out. your damage goes back to a solid 3.00, and tears at three, BUT, with two tear ups, or one good tear up added to that, its back to 1 tear rate as you already have soymilk, so the tear up limit is at one again. this completely removes the only bad thing about soymilk. low damage. and lets face it, how many boss rooms have you gotten a tears up in? prety much all. its a really good combo. funny enough, the tears are still small.

A few days ago I had a Maggie run that really wasn’t looking good. Base damage and fire rate on the caves II. I found the item room on said floor and it was soy milk. My first thought was “fuck it. I have bad damage, may as well get it crossed off my item list if I don’t already” I took soy milk. I was having an incredibly hard time. It took me 8 minutes to kill pestilence with only a half heart remaining. I had picked up goat head on the second floor and I was hopeful to get the pact or brimstone or SOMETHING to augment the awful damage and range I had. I got an angel deal. I went inside and sacred heart was sitting there. I decided to kill the angel statue to get more angel deals. I thought it was too good to be true. Go to the next floor, in the item room was Tammy’s head. Continuing on my way, on the mom floor I got deaths touch in the item room and I got my second angel deal. (Floor after I got sacred heart was a devil deal; Krampus. Got his head so I took it with) it was trinity shield. I killed the angel and continued on my way. Went to the dark room, was on my way to kill the lamb (getting completion marks) and on the way I got lost contact. Using all of this a swept through the lamb and mega satan. No delirium portal unfortunately. I turned a terrible run into a godlike run by saying “fuck it. I have bad damage. May as well pick up soy milk”
