There are actually two facts that are explained by two facts that im gonna say here 1. Bob rotten head is actually counted as your tear and therefore are affected by tear modifers 2. Curse of the tower is a very interesting item as while it shows a troll b I mb it acts like it was a bomb placed by uou and therefore works with bomb modifiers.

When is was doing the backasswards challenge I took an unknown pill on the final floor. It turned out to be a telepills which took me to the I am error room and soft locked me when I was two rooms from the end.

Extra facts Blue Baby's actually has a very strong knock-back effect on enemies and shots, very useful in greed mode when you get trapped. Or making bridges over gaps. The angels in the Sacrifice room can take damage from the spikes in the centre and can't fly over them, they get a bit stuck. More useful on red angel as it likes to charge you a lot more. In a super small Sacrifice room, it's basically impossible to dodge the 7 troll bombs so if needed, walk on the spikes right before they detonate. Re rolling key pieces depends uses the item pool of the room they are in. Book of the dead Bone orbitals occupy they same ring as friendly flies, and when you spawn them, they clump up. This can leave very large gaps in your bone orbital shield once your flies get used up as the bone orbitals don't even out like what flies do. There are some room layout's that basically guarantee a secret room is beside it, they are the ones that seem to lead somewhere. (don't know the specifics), same vein a secret room entrance can't be blocked by poop,rocks,spikes,air etc and must be accesible from any other entrance. They also can't connect to a boss room. [Rock spike] attack / abilities can open secret rooms. You can bomb poop over a gap. Bit obvious but in the Void, you can figure out which boss rooms can't contain delirium because it's a 2x2 even though the minimap lies, so there can't be any rooms surrounding the 2x2 boss room except the entrance room. Going through the trapdoor in the Error room in the Void regenerates the floor. Apparently if luck gets high enough (>90) it starts to negatively affect you, completely unconfirmed by me, just something i heard. Some steam mods don't interfere with steam achievements. You should talk about invincibility frames.

Or Meconium allowing black poop to drop black hearts. Or about the shot speed thing. Or about the other benefits of PHD. Or the homing effect from nose goblin. Or the Ouroboros worm homing effect. Matriarch's chub spitting back the bombs. Cool, got +1k hours and i'm still learning. Addition to the Keeper + Strength fact: This can be used to get 2-heart devil deals. Get the deal => instantly use strength card as soon as you picked up the item.
