Hey just a lil tip that took me awhile to figure out, crops get a bonus 1 to production if they're in a 2x2 grid of the same crop, and it stacks if you add more crops; So basically when you're planting do lil squares instead of columns, it just squeaks out a lil more money early game which can really be necessary sometimes; Happy early olexamas!!!!!

If you click on the deck icon at the top you can throw away cards you don’t want or need to make sure you get the cards you want and can take bad card choices more often instead of rerolling to ridiculous amounts

I tried the tailored suit strat and had to turn off auto sell and skip hella days to finally end it lmao. Also attempted the tree character and can't pass the first week after a few dozen failed runs. My greatest wisdom is to avoid rerolls and buy empty islands instead. Whenever you have extra cash just grab some space to allow you to plan out a production chain later.

Makes early game a breeze, but the tree father breaks everything if you get fuel grapes and giant sunflower -> biofuel generator up and running with peanut gnomes. Automatic integer overflow to the point that profits per day fluctuate by 30 zeros (from 100k to 900 duovigintillion)

From what I've seen so far, when you're placing a building, you can see the squares it will affect/take resources from light up 👍 P.s. - 12:33 that's why the milk was going into the melter and not the pasteurizer because they affect different areas.

I somehow managed unlock the guy with a "Turn 80 with no animals" and honestly, it's not as hard as it seems. You just need to focus on each crop and structure building off eachother.

You should be able to go without cows in the beginning if you square off your crops to maximize profit. If you already know you're going to do a whole island of a crop then put crops in 2x2

It's crazy how many production based things there are in this game, and yet you have no agency over the things you get. Obviously you would just win for free if you could grab what you wanted but like, it feels so strange to have soooo many steps and need so many buildings for stuff and you purely have to get it through random chance and random chance only. It's a very heartbreaking gambling simulator.

The obvious answer would be to get more different things and spread your focus, but than that gives MORE options to clutter out the cutter with. I don't think I like this game is what I'm getting at, unfortunately.

It doesn't have enough meta progression or questing components for me. I did two runs. One great run with tons of corn, no animals. It was fun for 40 mins and then it felt like an idle game with no motivation to play again. It was a real bummer because i loved the base game. But i personally need the motivation systems in game.

Its not over until the numbers stop getting little abreviations, your cash is just 0, the production for everything goes across the screen, and integer overflow hits, causing you to go roughly 8,300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 dollars into debt in one turn. How do I know? It just happened to me on day 900. Everything is so broken.

I watched your first video of this and thought it seemed right up my street, so I got the demo The demo broke to the point where I had an info panel overlay making me unable to progress and it put me off wanting to buy the game Hopefully the game gets some patches soon

I never played the demo, but the full game is not bad until you purposefully start breaking it with broken combos. Before day 1000, I rarely have problems unless I really tried to break it.

Funny thing is that the scaling if the taxes is almost exponential, and the islands are almost regressive, I had like 500 islands and they still only cost 10 million or something... taxes were 10000Qi at that point, so it really didn't matter.
