Kind of disappointed the Alan key broke immediately when applying a small amount of pressure to tight down the mount. Had to go to the garage to find a Alan key to tighten it down. Also, even when the mount was tight and secure, installed the flashlight and it was shaky in the mount even after turning the lock in button. But a great light overall.

Your rail is likely out of spec or not to 1913 spec. Mic it and check. Should be .835" +- .005" edge to edge. Or .748" +- .002 1/2 way up the slope (thats the clamping surface). I have several rails that are bigger and smaller than spec. Likely also why your allen key broke, trying to tighten it past the physical limitations of the mount.
