I sometimes make my own flashlight....well not exactly my own i mean different parts from different flashlight ive havd over the years...maybe one stoped working because the led went out, the on / off switch broke or something like that..😊...anyways...my latest creation is the bezel or light housing from a streamlight stylus pro....how you ask if the bezel does not screw off...i useed a tool that is made to cut copper pipe and chopped it off...used a peace from the metal/ aluminum or whatever it is off a broom handle...i used the same tool for precise cut 😁 ..old tail switch off some flashlight 🤷‍♂️..copper wiring off an old extention cord as a proper conductor 🤭...electric tape to hold everything together and boom..ive got a super streamlight that is like supr bright...🤯..what i used for power you ask..old 18650 i had from an old lazer / fits perfect inside the broom hanle...🤭😁😁😁...but it works like something out of the store..yup....✌🏼🤓

Id definitely recommend the Fenix PD25r if only the sideswitch could be activated without first using the tailswitch it would be much much better.

Olight has a 24/7 live chat on the website and if u ask them what emitter any light has they will ask the engineers and tell u idk how they were in the past but they answered me when i ask every time it's an osram p9 they use that emitter in a few of there lights cause it has good output the wm3 has an sft 40 and wm2 sst 40 all of wich are interchangeable with the nano battery and tube wich I like that having a short wm3 with the sft 40 is nice to have as an option if u own both lights.

The Nextorch TA20 would be an instant buy if you hadn't to remove the battery for charging. What a stupid design!

Many tactical lights don't feature onboard charging in order to improve water resistance and physical damage to the port itself. With that said, I've seen Nextorch implement a charging port under an unscrewable bezel which is a good go between.

True but the ports normally limits IPX rating as it's still an opening that dust, water can enter. for more lights, I don't even bring them near water anyway so I prefer something with onboard charging for convenience @@Roman-nu1om
