4:40 Actually it prevents better cooling for mid-term use (better only for very short use as the aluminium mass will absorb heat - but then what we want is the heat go though all that thickness so it gets dissipated in the air... The thicker the harder it will be).

I have this light and am very disappointed with it. The head gets very hot after about 30-45 seconds on high. The tail switch is finicky and not really all that intuitive. At over $100, I expected more.

Hate that Chinese lights use strobe. It’s such a useless mode imo
