Aikman nailed it all night about Calebs issues. Aikman who one three Super Bowls and is a Hofer had the worst rookie year ever. 1 and 11 he also talked about Caleb getting the ball out of his hand instead of taking sack after sack trying to make a homerun play.

It covers up the fact that he felt Justin Fields was better than Brcye Young and CJ Stroud. Nobody thought Carolina would be the worst team in the league before last season started. He has been bad at building the O and D lines. It is hard to consistently win when that is the case. I don't think his acquisitions for DBs, LBs, and RBs. Velus and Claypool didn't work out at WR, but that is not a problem position.

That’s to much like right for the Bears to reach out to Olin. Olin coaching the Oline is a match made in heaven. I know it’s a pipe dream because of the former beef I think Olin and someone within the organization or the MCaskeys. Maybe they buried the hatchet who knows i haven’t heard anything else since. But why not reach out to some of these former players that knows the game and played at a high level possibly hall of fame Lance and Olin not head coaching but maybe position coaches it’ll probably be more accountability then what’s going on in that locker room now. Agree - he's also not a great receiver and it was another bad move by Poles to give him the big contract. He's a good running back but a terrible route runner. He also has a passive aggressive attitude that is masked by him "not acting like a diva". Screw that. Give me the Diva wide receiver who is great. Give me Jamar Chase any day.

Tyler Bagent gives the Bears a better chance to win a football game, but nobody wants to admit Caleb is not what was advertised. Poles went out and spent $110 million over 4 years on D.J. Moore to surround Williams with some talent. In the meantime, the Packers are paying about $9 million total for 8 receivers, all drafted. Reed, Doubs, Wicks, Watson, Heath, Melton, and tight ends Kraft and Mosby.
