There's this whole subgenre of swing house in electro swing with artists like duke skellington, SpekrFreks, dutty moonshines big band and even some Jamie Berry and Varrick Frost that does that. I love the sound of bass and brass together

I love how this starts off very peaceful and melancholic (by swing standards), but obviously builds up to something. Then the remix kicks in and you understand that the name "Olive Branch" and the images of Peace doves that the lyrics invoke are more than ironic.

It's an absolute piece of art and all characters, from both sides, are absolutely amazing! Lackadaisy cares about what is of the world it is writing and is subtle about the writing of it's characters. Vivziepop takes a different approach to the characters and makes everything obvious and usually writes to see what is the most quotable. Even if both approaches are good in their ways, Vivzie doesn't focus on the nuances that Lackadaisy would by miles. Lackadaisy may have quotable lines but would rather keep to the story rather than a line lol.
