This is the closest to the soup at the olive garden they leave the skin and it is thinly cut. Thanks for the tip about green potato i have had them in the bags you buy at the store. Love this will be cooking this today.😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Linda Brown I think this same. Oh l’m so hungry now. I don’t remember what soup l ordered in Olives Garden but was delicious . It’s look the one but plus red beans.Is not expensive so l try both ways. Beans gives flavor and is reach i proteins. Yummmmmeee!.😛
