I used to do backup at Olive Garden. That consists of making all the soups, baking breadsticks, making the sauces, and prepping the meat and veggies. This is 99% spot on! The only differences: they use crushed red pepper instead of cayenne pepper and they mandolin slice the potatoes instead of cutting them into chunks. Other than that, I'm having flashbacks! lol

11/2 t. red pepper flakes is tooooo much. I used 1 t. and it is spicy.. Adding 1T to the cream didn't thicken the soup at all... feel like I wasted a lot of good ingredients for a mediocre ( at best) soup! Won't be making it again😢

@m.layfette62494 ай бұрын
@@goggleuser12 There are Vegan options out there. Country Crock makes a lot of Plant Based butters and creams. What I've done in the past is create my own "heavy cream" using vegan cream cheese and broth. I'm not a complete vegan, just lactose intolerant.

Dressing is wishbone Italian with Romano and eggs. Source: ten years in the OG kitchen. I’ve made enough to cover the earth. Salad mix is Dole, Same as Your local grocer. I know you don’t believe me, nobody does Also the “butter” on the breadsticks is country crock, which the only time I’d ever recommend margarine for anything
