I was honorably discharged in 70! I was pretty much an alcoholic! My mama’s prayers were answered in 71 on her deathbed and The Lord Jesus rescued me and saved my soul and my life! Im 68 and have been into music my whole life. I have never seen a guy come along with such a powerful message, great lyrics and guitar. The fact that he is garnering millions of views and topping the charts shows that he is in tune with how people feel now. This is the 3rd song Ive heard from him and each one is great. His lyrics and timing are amazing, and the fact that he has turned down the big contract and all the glitz shows that he is the real deal.
