You can't tune your guitar BEFORE you come onstage to play to this big audience? More than halfway through the video and you haven't started singing. I like your music but this is disrespectful to the audience. You were too busy before the show to tune the guitar??

Pretty rude thing to say. Sometimes it needs to be retuned, instruments can be unpredictable and can get out of tuned when you least expect it. I'm sure he just wants to make double sure it's ready to go.
