Oliver's story is amazing. Benny Johnson did a little compilation about Oliver's rise to fame. He was trying to get sober, he had just wrote a song titled "I wanna get sober" and that night he told God "If you are real, I will get sober, help me be successful. With in 48 hours of him dedicating his life to God and getting saved. He recorded and released "Rich men north of Richmond" he did not even know it was viral because he was at work when it all went down. I hope he stays sober and writes more soul touching songs. Oliver loves Hank Williams and it shows in his style of singing.

Very few times in my life have I heard a song that captures the point and time. I work a full time job, go to school part time, operate a farm, and own 3 rental properties. I'm more broke now than when I started. This song resonates well with me. Last year, we were so broke we were boiling a single whole chicken along with rice to survive the winter financially. People at the store pulling out EBT cards had their carts full of junk food. I was angry when I noticed that. I was angry wondering why work so hard just to pay 50k a year in taxes, support multiple households, feed others, and I can barely afford to feed my own family at the end of that.
