I heard they might remake the movie… While Samantha Barks is brilliant in everything she does, why would you mess with perfection? Everyone in this production is as good as it gets, the direction is spectacular, and I don't really see the need to "Reinterpret" anything, especially when it comes Shani Wallis, who should've won an Oscar for this.

I personally think Kerry Ellis is the best "play" Nancy! Would love to see her as Nancy in a remake if they ever do one. But the 1968 movie doesn't need a remake it's already prefect and they would only remake it for money and plus no one can out due Shani Wallis anyways she is the best....No one is better than her she was a prefect Nancy!

In my opinion I would had loved to have seen a musical starring both Shani Wallis who played Nancy and Julie Andrews. The pair would had made great chemistry between them. In fact it is likely the pair of them are close friends in real life.
