oliver isn’t stronger than mark. he just doesn’t hold back, mark does.

and there's also the fact that Mark was hit by the weapon that attacks his nervous system, which must have weakened him for a while

Oliver is maybe, at his strongest, 25% of Mark’s strength. Humans are almost 100% compatible with Viltrumites, whereas Oliver’s species is nowhere near that, even with Viltrumite DNA being dominant. Essentially, Mark could punch through the Maulers easier than drywall. He has morals that he has learned growing as a human, and also with Omni-Man disregarding the importance of humans, Mark has learned to be deeply empathetic. Oliver hasn’t grown for years with humanity, and he has a disconnect for humans because of his rapid growth rate. Oliver went 100% to kill the Maulers. If Mark went 100%, the Mauler twins would be less than a blood puddle.

Yeah mark is holding back a massive amount of his power. Oliver isnt holding back at all. There is a massive difference between the two. Mark will show himself out later at the end of this season.

Viltrumites probably got their powers at a young age also you have to remember Oliver isn't a human like Mark and his mother's pepole live short lives thinking more with their brains then their hearts so Oliver is thinking more logically then morally than his brother Thraxiens live only for a year so they don't hold life in high regard so it makes sense Oliver feels the same
