The fact that almost everyone who Oliver lost was resurrected I guarantee you - killed any real hope of a spinoff. Without meaningful consequences, there's no real risk. DC is supposed to be the darker alternative to Marvel yet Marvel never brought back Black Widow or Quicksilver or Tony Stark and that is the difference between the Infinity War saga and the Crisis. One left eternal lasting wounds, the other a happy unbelievable ending given the nature of the show. I would love to have seen an open ended finale that showcased Mia and William gearing up for their next steps.
