He does. In Prime Earth Continuity following Death Metal, Wonder Woman edited the timeline so that all histories and stories are remembered to fit the Post-Flashpoint timeline. We get elaboration on this in various books. I presume that the events of New Titans Convergence brought Lian back after happening concurrent with the Leviathan arc of Pre-FP continuity's Batman Inc (that includes vol. 2. despite it's Nu52 labeling on the exterior, the interior states and shows the second half of that story taking place Pre-FP, it's really not that hard to see that Earth-1985 after the disbandment of the Titans' JLA lineup that Donna, Raven, Gar and Kori would join back up with Roy and Joey since Nightwing, Freddy, Jesse and Wally had better things to do at that point while Vic stayed and formed a new league roster that also likely included Wally eventually.) and that she was just in hiding with Catwoman at Alleytown until Infinite Frontier after the Flashpoint.

Even in the Bronze Age, Super Friends comics had this bit with characters like Kitten, Chick, Honeysuckle, and Toyboy (for Cheetah, Penguin, Poison Ivy, and Toyman)

General Zod's actually had this one going for the longest. I mean he and Ursa had Chris, but didn't treat him right before sending him to Earth from the Phantom Zone, then he was adopted by Superman and Lois, then got his memories back and learned about General Zod, finally he had his fun on both hero and villain side and he'd much rather be on the hero side (if the writers would remember it)
