‪@radiowv‬ and I hadn’t recorded a song together since that crazy weekend in July of 2023, when Rich Men North of Richmond was born. We decided it’s time to put some new songs out together. Here’s “Cowboys and Sunsets".

Is in not "ridin' away"? It seems like he's talking about how dark stuff gets romanticized, the cowboy riding off into the sunset from movies. He's trying to resist it.

Jesus is the only way. We have all sinned and deserve Hell. Sins that may seem small in our eyes are big in God's and are worthy of Hell, such as lying lusting and stealing. But if we repent and trust only in Jesus, he is faithful and will save us from Hell and give us eternal life in Heaven. Trust in Jesus! John 3:16 Romans 6:23❤😊❤❤

We laid grandpa and grandma down last fall, after they went missing. We found them together 3 days later off a back road in their vehicle off in the trees. "If i go missin, dont bother lookin, im probly just ridin away" that touched my core. We looked, up and down every road, drive way, and trail within 20 miles of this place. He loved them old back roads and takin grandma out to ride them. I know you're in every sunset, and I will remember you both always. We miss you so. In loving memory of Albert Allen Sr. and Cynthia Allen 🕊 🕊

Me too. The biggest thing as a cowboy at that age growing up in Montana was deciding where I was going to go horseback Camping on the weekend. It's funny becuz the girl I dated that year went on to get married and I just seen her the other day, she's divorced and an empty nester now. She asked me if we could just saddle some horses and go out into the backcountry. So I miss those times and look forward to leaving out in the morning. Lands vanishing and I feel like my father and grandfather felt like when they got older. Good times

@@yoyo-jr5ho For the fun of the conversation, I’ll share a thought. I have a 2021 Tesla and a 2023 diesel 3500 pickup. I share that so I don’t sound stuck in time. And you know what - I do believe the late 90’s through mid 20’s will go down as the best years for cars. They were safe, reliable, serviceable, and with just enough tech. Today, things are completely over the top. The. Exhaust system on my truck would cost nearly $10k alone if it ever needs to be replaced. As for medical, indeed things are better - but I think we all know it’s the opportunity to make money that drives the medical industry. Probably more than actual care for the humans. My insurance costs $30k per year for my family of 5. That’s crazy…and if you don’t have the insurance to get the treatments…you get shown the door. First question if you go to the hospital “do you have insurance”… So I get the point, but I think there is a case that cars and medical advanced in some ways but regressed in just as many ways. But both sure costs a whole lot more..

I’m From Tennessee and I’ll randomly hear someone blasting this guys music at gas stations in various cities, I then get to Florida for a vacation and I hear someone in the parking lot at the beach blasting his music within 5 min of getting here. Just shows how widespread this guys music has become. People are waking up and needed this guy.
