I feel so sad when my father passed away siya yung gumawa ng bahay namin at kaming 9 daughters nya yung naging laborer ..tiga halo ng cement at tiga pintura ng wall.. Praying na maipayos ang bahay namin..sana may architect na pwede mag design para ma costing po yung gagastusin para mapag ipunan ko.Hindi na kase natapos nung nagkasakit sya. Everytime na uuwe ako ng Bulacan nakaka inggit yung mga kapitbahay namin kase naglalakihan at magaganda ang bahay nila.🙏

Yes architect, more content for small houses. Yung hindi maliit na kitchen, may provision sa laundry area (washers) at sampayan, office space and easy to clean…around interior 40sqm. Like japanese inspired layout where you can leave slippers.

I like this concept but can you make a design that is good for provincial areas. Specifically surrounded by coconut, narra, pili trees and other fruit bearing plants. Good for 2-3 persons. Bonus if it's movable (in case we want to change the location of the house around the forest) Also include the all-in estimate cost in peso.

Very well done! Smart desicions are the big roof which protects and shades the house. Also good: the natural ventilation. However I would have put solar panels on the roof.

This is so good design pero applicable lang, i think, sa rural areas na wala kang kapitbahay, relaxing ang ambiance dahil sa mga large windows na nakikita mo yung view sa labas. Pero pag nilagay mo to sa maraming kapitbahay, magiging stress lang pag nakikita mo sa labas. Haha Anyways, gusto ko 'tong design! Kudos!

I am fan of your work, but most of the designs seems to lean towards urban type of living, which rarely gets hit by strong typhoons. I am from bicol region which often gets hit by the strongest typhoons (Yolanda type strong) and I am interested to see a video dedicated to a typhoon proof design. I hope you notice this idol. This house is very nice kasi it looks spacious and pretty.. though ang concern ko ay yung sa roofing part kasi may gap doon .. mukhang pamamahayan ng mga ibon o di kaya daga ang kisame 🤔🤔🤔🤔 this is base na rin sa mga nakita kong houses na may ganitong style ng roofing.. I think the house ay magiging mukhang at mahangin kung bubuksan ng owner ang mga windows 🤣
