Sometimes Oliver has hidden messages in his music that are masked by lyrics that could be interpreted as singing about a loved one, but knowing Oliver and especially with how they carefully filmed and framed his "Turbo" character, you could then interpret this song as Oliver's love/hate relationship with the character. Because even Oliver is aware that when transitioning to his new characters they have never been as successful as his original Turbo persona. So, in a way he's giving appreciation to this character by saying he wouldn't be anywhere today without him, but, at the same time, he very much dislikes that he can't move on from him. You could also argue, that despite pushing the character down and stealing his scooter, seeming like a rude move, that it could be interpreted as him pushing the imposter Turbo over, and then reclaiming his old persona for himself once more, especially when taking the scooter and riding off on it.
