100% AGREE. I definitely think she wants to sabotage Oliver's success with these interviews. Lisa cannot abide anyone she personally knows that is doing well that has a tie to ANTM (tangentially or not). She definitely was looking to Oliver for both validation and bandwagon jumping. He's conducting pop culture interviews, not engaging in therapy sessions. It's unfortunate, but at least now Oliver knows toxic she is. And with anything harmful, Oliver can take the appropriate steps to shield himself from it. Her soul is ashy and needs emotional lotion. I have seen negative comments on every single live, including ones of super sweet contestants!! She just got more of them because she was SUPER resentful and seemed to just want to talk trash. She wants applause for all her “good actions”, but doesn’t want to take responsibility for her bad ones. It’s a two way street. Oliver, you are one of the most objective interviewers. You let them speak their mind and tell their story. You don’t talk trash or support that. She is hurt by ANTM, so I don’t think she should talk about it publicly anymore.

Oliver is extremely professional by staying impartial yet respectful and supportive. as adults people like Lisa need to understand personal responsibility and self awareness. she gave out negativity in her interview and recieved negativity in response. this is apart of life. it is really immature to put anything on Oliver, if anything they should be thankful he respects them enough to provide a platform for them to tell their stories freely. Hi@æspa winter fanboy... have you been listening to the whole series??? @Jay R is using that as an example ... but if you've heard even two of these, esp in the beginning episodes where they explain being food deprived, being emotionally toyed with and baited into things, being set up to fail, etc etc. Waiting around judging 8 hours just exacerbate things bc I believe one did they couldn't eat sometimes during. And it almost felt like they were made to be hangry before judging on purpose to stir up drama. But also... if you look at this other KZbin channel. Ugh I can't remember the name but it's by Jessica who's a working photographer. Her analysis of the shows photo shoots and runway shows / texts are very telling. So before do your homework. The thing that’s so great about your chats is that you get a unique perspective from every single person. Some people look back at ANTM as the best moment of their life and consider Tyra a friend and mentor. Pre-observations: - Lisa did a 2 part interview for All Stars, however the 1st interview didnt go over so well with fans as she took a long time explaining the in between cycle 5 to All-Stars - her 2nd interview went better, but I took note that there seemed to be some toxic fandom in the comments like people dissing Lisa, not liking her answers that she was asked, saying ableist comments like shes crazy and needs therapy. - I will clarify: Oliver did nothing wrong in these interviews, Lisa did nothing wrong just answered the questions, whether or not fans agreed or not is their problem! Re-phrase that: whether or not YOU like an answer or not is YOUR problem! - the following weekend after these lives with Lisa Oliver goes to L.A. and got his surprise from who else: Tyra! for trying her Ice Cream. - Coincidentally Oliver was set to do Alexandria live for Apr 1st. - Lisa saw Oliver getting to talked to Tyra and I personally believe this was the trigger for Lisa - Lisa also mentioned on her live about Alexandria having a crazier darker story than anyone else she knows from Top Model. - Lisa does not like that Oliver got to talk to Tyra apparently, she felt Oliver's fans are toxic and then started to attack Oliver and making it seem like he was the problem and that he makes it about himself. - So she took it upon herself to ensure Alexandria doesnt do the interview because she feels like fandom doesnt deserve to hear her story but probably thinks shes protecting Alexandria from what happened with her. Thats my observations from Oliver's IG and whatever posted from whatever social media platforms Lisa was using to ensure this didnt happen. I am soooo ready for the real T Miss Oliver! Speak your truth! I like the truth!

But as soon as she started on the “Allison didn’t pass her psych eval” comments, I immediately decided that she was awful because that was none of our business and probably not true anyway. I cant hate Lisa. She has been through a LOT. I can't judge her choices to work with Tyra in the past or how she feels today. It IS an echo chamber and people fo remember her as "alcoholic bitch" or the girl who stole Angelea's title. What I can say is that she has a lot of unresolved problems and after having been dragged after having a dificult upbringing, she WANTS people to always be on her side even when she makes bad calls. She refuses to acknowledge when she overstepped some bounderies last chat. Allyson was put on the spot with her comments on her mental health. Bianca as a POC deserves to have her opinions respected. Laura works with charity and making claims that she isnt pro black was very dangerous. There are things you can and cant say. You are entitled to feel the way you do, but dont impose your trauma and personal experience on others. I understand getting upset regarding the fairly vicious comments but it was also something u had coming with making bold comments and having unhealthy expectations. I wish Lisa well and some self-reflection because she doesnt seem like a bad person. She has just been hurt a lot

Yours is probably the most sane and well rounded comment here. We should have empathy for Lisa and try to be more understanding of why she acts the way she does (I truly feel she’s gone through a lot) but her traumatic experiences also doesn’t give her a free pass to call herself the authority of every problem in the world. Just because you want to do good and have empathy doesn’t mean you’re always in the right, and yet Lisa seems to have deluded herself into thinking that having good intentions means she has a right to speak over everybody’s opinions that don’t align with her own. Maybe it is true that Tyra took advatange of Lisa and her childhood trauma but, I think that Lisa needs to let go. I think she did great exposing all what she suffered on the show, and calling out Tyra for what she did. However, even though she wants Tyra to take accountability of her actions, it depend on Tyra. I believe she needs to forgive and let go because she continue doing harm yo herself or she loves all this attention. Like my therapist says: "we decide to remain a victim or being a learner".

So, IMO the SECOND that you got that call from Tyra, I said to myself "this WILL be an issue for Lisa..." Which is why she said "you use us, blah blah blah....." We all see why you were SUPER excited to get that IG call....and we were all happy for you. You worked so hard to get that... and the issue with Laura was an issue for her too. I think that LISA thinks that if you are gonna put yourself into the middle (when doing these Xclusives) that you need to pick a side and that's not how it should be.
