Ok. Amis deliveried that with great conviction and it was impactful and masterfully measured. Moving beyond just the word "ghetto", Fatima was extremely classist and dismissive of those young women leaving them in tears (underscored now by her support of Trump and alt right ideologies). Are we to understand that if you see something, say something, BUT if they are not of your race, remain silent and be complicit? If I am asian and I see a hate crime or racial slur used against a black person by a white person...since I ain't white or black, then NUN MUH BIZNESS?

What a contrast between Amis and Whitney's interview - Amis has an honest and critical stream but at the same time extends a lot of grace to people (including herself), even acknowledging that as bad as Allison was, she'd clearly been through some trauma. It stings even more now to think of how Whitney could only think of negative things to say about Amis and a few others (as Taylor would say, casually cruel in the name of being honest). Amis just casually read so many people without even being mean. She seems so different even from when she did Pot Psychology after the show, so balanced and sunny and full of love. I'm so glad she's doing so well. Oliver, you guys clearly had a great time!

I love how a lot of them appreciate Tyra and the opportunity they received. I have realized many of the ones who said negative things expected more guidance and direction after the show but most of these realty shows never did that and I’m sure that Tyra didn’t call all the shots. It wasn’t called Tyra’s top model and for many to expect one woman to guide all these women after the show is bananas to me.
