To look at the top-third, just draw the fibonacci lines from the bottom to the top and look for support at the 38.2 line. That's a bit more than a third, but close enough.

Phase 1 structure was 32k, phase 2 structure break 50k, phase 3 structure breaks 70k then impulsive move start to 120k. Good luck guys
