You are the best trading instructor on KZbin! Your metaphors and analogies are incredibly vivid and creative. I literally can see it in my head. You have a unique way of explaining concepts in a way I never heard before, and your trading strategy is truly one-of-a-kind. I deeply wish I could be part of the select group of traders you train personally. I value each and every video you publish. Thank you.

I have been building scans today for the Market open Gaps and trending today. I would never consider touching them and after watching your videos and adhering to 1 bar stops with proper stops moving away from good entries I now have many rule based mysteries solved. I love your time tested criteria that I watched them play out repeatedly last week. Even on Friday’s pullback. I finally understand where I have been going wrong by not using the 20/200 in proper context. EVERYTHING YOU TEACH I have unknowingly done in the wrong location and watched profits quickly turn to losses and …. Never mind. My eyes are open. Cutting was never a problem. I just didn’t have a proper plan to execute and I’ve tried everything. ❤

Thanks a lot. What about PCT test? How to merge PCT with NPR?
@Dan-xt8ki8 ай бұрын
Pct is for the open before trend or particular patterns emerge. You have no trend on bar 1, but you do have position and color. If they are favorable, go but stay within your risk. NPR requires you to be able to affix a particular name of a readily identifiable market formation to the current condition, that the signal also be in an optimal position, and, most important, the price action allows a protective strategy within your predefined risk boundaries. So, the two strategies have much the same elements. I trade better when running pct on every trade regardless of time of day. It's helpful to do it on scratch paper or even your journal. You will ensure that you are with the 20ma trend, properly positioned with price and moving averages, and your risk management will be stronger due to more clearly defined exit point. If you trade in the middle of nowhere, where do you know you need to kill the trade? I hope this helps, I don't feel like I was on point well enough. Just writing NPCTR may have been sufficient. May the trend be with you!

Hi Oliver. Thank you for all your videos; they're watched with great interest. I would be happy if you could show how you scan for stocks where there is a flat 200 SMA, 20 SMA, and so on. How do you find your stocks? I have tried but haven't had success finding a scanner that can do it, and it should also preferably be on a 2-minute chart, at least that's what I assume. how to find narrow stadets? Best regards

Is the 2-minute chart a speciality of Tradingview? So far I have not been able to find one with any of my brokers. Over the weekend I looked at using your setups when using currencies as I trade forex. I was particularly fascinated by the calculation that in over 80 percent of cases a "fat" candle is followed by a candle of the same colour. This principle works in part with currencies and is also dependent on the time frame. In your videos I see that you trade different shares and indices. What do you choose? Something different every day or do you have specific criteria?

As always the videos Oliver, could you possibly show examples of futures, like US30 and NAS100? I would appreciate it 🙏🏾

This strategy is hard to work with nq. Takes a lot more to catch that nq volatility. Super traps from so many people trading, but trend lines are still key for winning against it.
