She had a smile that could light up a whole room, a lovely, humble, honest personality and a beauty that came from within. How many stars can you say that about these days? None. Exactly. Miss you Olivia 😢

I was in her show in Las Vegas in 2015 and I can confirm she was all of this: a kind person who treated all fans with affection, fans in wheelchairs, always smilling and being polite. She was a great human being.

This is live. Olivia changed "You" to "we" to start the 2nd verse and she ended Magic before the climax and third time through the chorus. This is fabulous but I sure wished she had sung all of Magic.

That's because she's singing live to a backing track.

Olivia Newton John was my 80s crush and it's hard to live in a world or on earth without her. When it was her birthday then my brother and I played songs that she sang. RIP Olivia Newton John ❤❤❤

If I would have been in the crowed and she pointed at me and said "for you" I would have melted right then and there. I was 20 years old when she sang this in 1990. She was a dream girl as an '80s teen.

Actually, this song is from the 1980 album Xanadu. Other great songs from the album are Suddenly (with Cliff Richard), Suspended in Time, and of course, Xanadu. The album you reference (Physical) came out in late 1981, and included the songs Physical, Make a Move on Me, and Landslide.

She gave lots of concerts before 1990 - throughout the 70s, and the Physical tour in 1982. She had a gap for marriage and motherhood.

One of the few who didnt lipsync
@Johnny-re9kg4 ай бұрын
They cut that epic guitar part out near the end of the song. That's disappointing as it really takes the song to the next level. Probably because she'd have nothing to do on stage in that moment while it happened. She used to dance around during that part. Here she's wearing a maxi style dress that says I'm more mature now. Evolution at the expense of excitement.
