Golden Sun: The Lost Age - Star Magician, Azul & Charon - Episode 83

With Treasure Island nearly complete we quickly bump into our next superboss, the Star Magician and his balls of many trials, proving a more difficult foe than the two fought thus far and guarding the summon tablet for Azul we battle him wholeheartedly.
With all Djinn now gathered our next destination is back to the Anemos Inner Sanctum so we head inside to get an instant reward, the summon Charon!

I just realized that in the many times I've played through this game, my party was never even in the 40s. And now you're level 56... I feel so weak.

Easiest way to beat him is to destroy the Guardian and Healing ball every time they pop up, Then just go to town on the SM. He only has 7000 HP iirc.

SammyBaggins I don't think you're throwing that warning the right way, Dullahan is a monster truck of a boss. Which would have to be expected considering the insane summon it grants, Iris. If Oliz tought Charon was powerful, wait and see... Good thing he leveled up to 55+, it will help.

Mathieu Couture I absolutely agree, Mathieu. Beating him without the summon rush is incredibly hard, since whenever he uses Djinn Storm you're pretty much screwed. Even with my lv 99 party I often failed. I beat him spamming the Djinn Lull.

Star magician, Y U HEF SATUROS TEM ??? Anyway, sounds better than the usual boss theme :P Also, I think the Sky Dragons are the ones who can drop Oricalcon in case you want Excaliburs for Isaac and Garet.... or awsome armor, that works too :P

Well I just attempted the Anemos boss today, and got beat in 2 turns using the summon rush strategy. My attack/speed sucks. And my Units are below Lv. 45. I quit. I thought a Djinn revive was 100% Wow... Now I know it's not. It must have taken you a couple of days to reach level 56 ***** . Congrats!

Seph I manage to beat Dullahan at level 42. Use The Djinn Rime, Luff, and Eddy. Those three make the battle more manageable. Make sure to reset Rime or Luff before the seal disappears. The rest is an endurance battle.
