I mean, that's the whole problem, he does literally nothing. He keeps complaining about them quitting and saying "why are they quitting?" without, you know, checking to see why they're quitting. Staff quit if they are underpaid, overworked, or bored, and they will tell you what they are unhappy about if you click on them or look at the summary in the staff management tab. Training temporarily makes them happier but they also expect a raise when getting trained so that's most likely why all his staff are quitting. I also don't know if he has enough staff breakrooms or has the most applicable upgrades on those breakrooms.

Vendors are a huge PITA! I've found a formula that seems to work: - assign work rosters so that your vendors stick to certain areas of the park - train them to keep them happy, but if you over train them they might quit after all - max out your staff rooms and make sure they offer perks - add scenery to your staff rooms to make staff happier - eliminate or move shops that aren't getting a lot of business

It would be cool if you made a pirate section in the park including the new wooden coaster. Besides that you could name the coaster " The Flying Dutchman" due to the hight and speed of the coaster. That would be awesome.

I really like the series of these coaster buildings are awesome to each KZbinr that does our own unique way of doing the coaster in the way of using the bobsled and a wooden coaster in the middle coaster in the underground cave thing and it's just so awesome if they had a theme park like that real life 😂💀 I go every weekend and that ride should be more than$10

I’m only 6 minutes in but I’d say have the smaller rides cost less because I think charging a lot at the gate and then charging for such a small ride is just cruel. But the bigger coasters can still cost money. And don’t forget people also pay for food and souvenirs. Also having now finished the video I think because that big wooden coaster is so long you can probably have more than one train. What if two trains passed each other on the bridge? that would be pretty cool.

The reason for the decrease in staff happiness is because their work affects their happiness as well. If you train them, they expect more customers, and when they dont get those customers, they feel as if they aren't working hard enough for the money you're giving them. (The best way I can describe it.)

You need to reduce the cost of entry to your park. The cost is way too high for what is inside, and you are losing customers (click the gate again and see how many red faces there are). Then you can charge more for rides, and you'll make more money on food and drink too.

YOU have officially built the TALLEST wooden rollercoaster in the world (tallest is 56m) is that dangerous? The older rides problem can be solved. It is mots likely because you're charging 70 dollars for park entry, then charging 6 dollars for flat irides and 10 for rollercoasters. It's a good money-maker but barely anyone will ride your stuff if park entry costs are like that. For the chairlift, it's good to build them so that the people HAVE to take it back down again, so if you charge 3 dollars, it's essentially 6, pricing for chairlifts are weird like that, so charging 1.50 would make more profit really. I also use ATMs a lot so that guests never run out of money to spend.
