However, I think Roberu was trying make a general statement saying that sushi is tasty. So in this case maybe leaving out the S is better. And of course change "are" to "is". Also for you, you don't need the S in "believes" because you're talking about yourself and not someone else. And you don't need the S in "words" because you're just taking about a single word.
