Man I miss Ollies....I say it every time you go there in these videos. The one in my town left around 10 years ago and there aren't any near me now. Funny you should say it is a treasure hunt, my old roommate and I used to call that store "Treasure Hunt." We would get up on Sunday mornings sometimes and say "let's got to Treasure Hunt today." We'd always find the coolest snacks you couldn't find anywhere else and I used to get some great books for my nieces and nephews to add to holidays gifts, easter baskets, etc. Also, cute little toys and stuffed animals too. I got a stuffed black bear there many years ago and put it in an Easter basket for my oldest nephew. He was about 4 and said "I just love him Aunty! He is my most special bear friend!" The joy on my nephew's face for $2....priceless. Thanks for taking us along on your treasure hunt Danno.

Got to visit an Ollie's for the first time a couple of months back and I really liked it. You are right when you say its like a treasure hunt. But I went on a treasure hunt for Morel Mushrooms yesterday instead a store .... it is always one of my favorite things to do in the Spring 😊 Oh and the mattress in a box, I recently bought one, Nectar brand from Menards for my son and he loves it. Not to soft nor to hard. Wishing you and Jess a Blessed Easter. Our Savior Jesus lives ❤

Happy Easter Jess and Danno. Today it's only DH and I. No family, so we decided to make a Kirkland Signature Lasagna from our freezer. We will figure what green vegetable and dessert after Church. I got good deals on sprial Sliced hams and turkeys for $.99 cents a lb and Kroger buttter gor $2.19 a lb. Our Smiths also has a case lot sale. We have a sinking fund in our budget for case lot sales. The fund is more than empty😂.

The Colonna Salt free seasoning, Garlic and Herb and Oregano is very good. Seems more fresh than spices I have gotten anywhere in a long time.

Bed in a box are great. I love it, but you have to wait a few hours before we can sleep on it. It has been a shrink-wrapped mattress . That looks like a new Instant pot book , I have the first book. Smoke house almonds are a $ 6.99 bag lbs. So that bag is a great price. I always buy my spices at Ollie's. Thanks for sharing this information with others. God bless you and Jess 🙏 ❤️

I used to love going to Ollie's when we lived in Indiana. I don't miss Indiana but I do miss Ollie's! I would lose my mind on the Glade plug in refills ...we went to Smith's yesterday (Kroger in mid west) and we could not get their app to work, they had issues so I missed out on all the digital deals I saw, it was very frustrating. The employees don't care, could not get much help, I guess it was a bad location that we will not be going back to now. Wanted to try a different location and nope, going back to my usual, lol. I love that Ollie’s. You have to love the occasional randomness. I got a nice really nice toilet brush set, multivitamins and a greeting card for $10 combined the last time I was in there. Thanks for the heads up on the Entenmanns coffee. I wanted to know if anyone had tried it. I did like the Aspen Ridge Donut Shop they carry.

That copper chef set is a great deal! Before we left Indiana, I bought a new set from Kohl's, Food Network brand. Not even two years later and they are awful, it's embarrassing to break them out, .lol. I paid stupid money for them because I thought they were decent and would last. No, they are horrible. I would go back and grab that copper set, that is a great deal and they are good quality. Ugh,I miss Ollie's!

One thing I’m finding frustrating with all the price increases is that Ollie’s is no longer automatically my best pricing on items I have to be brand specific with due to allergies. I’ve had to do a lot more shopping around and comparisons from week to week depending on what needs restocked or what I haven’t been able to get in a while.

I tried those copper pans many years ago. They are nonstick for about a month. T fal nonstick stainless last for several years. Better heat distribution too since they arent aluminum.
