Thanks again for suggestions on driving 2 hours away for Ollie's outlets stores. I never have been there. My hubby doesn't understand why I get so excited about buying yarns to make beanies, afghans, hair scrungies, he loves watching football games and i spending my time crocheting up orders for family members or perfect strangers when im making beanies for chemotherapy patient's. Your video's have inspired me to expand my yarns stashes and knowledge of making new items for others. Thanks again for keeping us all crocheting or knitting projects. Thanks for telling me about Ollie's never had i heard about them, before I saw your video's here. Diana and i have made plans to go shopping in one few hours away. I went to Ollie’s when I saw the Bernat and Red Heart yarn in their ad. I ended up purchasing 12 One Pound skeins for $3.99 each! My husband couldn’t understand my excitement and probably thought I was nuts for digging to find matching skeins. But so totally worth it. 😍

My brothers and I had our own tree when we were little. (Between my oldest and youngest brother with me smack dab in the middle there were 29 months. Mom says we were planned WHAT?? 3 c-sections in 29 months) anyway this tree was about 3 feet tall and small ornaments to go with a small tree. Once we knocked it over and scrambled to redecorate it so mom wouldn't yell. But she said it's ok it's your tree. We had so much fun!! Now I'm the one babbling. Thanks for listening. I love this community!❤️ I had a little Ollie's haul too - mine didn't have that pretty purple variegated in the heatwave. I'm trying to do the crochet version of Gary from Urban Yarns Bush Tracker Beanie with that waterpark color in the herringbone portion and a coordinating light blue in the ribbed sections. I'm sure it will be too warm for Georgia, but I will probably send it to Ashley for the charity she gives to.

I was just at Ollie’s yesterday!! I saw the yarn there but chose not to get any. Ollie’s is a good 45 minutes away so it’s rare for me to go, but I love their dog treat selection so I go occasionally. I also love The Little Prince and saw Ollie’s has some Little Prince games and puzzles that totally made my day!

Oh my oh my! Yes they do. I just went a filled a cart. Everyone’s Christmas gift list just changed. I found the ones you were holding as the first balls. Oh my! I am in love and the Heat Wave yarn… I can’t wait to see if it really makes a difference! They even had my favorite colors in the pounds. The lime green and prune. I thought the same thing when I went in about the placement. Mine was in the middle of one of the aisles. I climbed up a few times to get to the center colors! Thanks so much for posting! This is my first time ever hearing about Ollies. I don’t think we have any in Mississippi but it does sound like Dirt Cheap or the old Hudson Salvage stores we once had. Also, I like your creative ideas from just looking at the yarn. I gotta have a pattern first. And I noticed you mentioned your social anxiety. It sounds very similar to PTSD I have. I pray it continues to get better. Thinking back to the new light, I apologize if my comments bothered you in anyway. It was only ment to make you smile and laugh each time you stress about it. I have been buying lion brand wool and bernat yarn from Ollie's for at least 3 years now. For the price can't beat it not much variety colors but price makes up for that. I was considering making a sweater for my dog with heat wave but I don't want him to burst into flames! 🔥 🔥😂😂🤦 I am so glad I'm not the only one who doesn't love Caron cakes! I do like their latte cakes and some of their spring/summer yarns. Not their acrylics. I am always looking to learn new techniques and new types of crochet projects. Your ollies has Way more of a selection than mine always did yesterday! I think we had some of that stuff that you showed first for $.99, we also had some caron 1 pounds in this pretty deep purple color ( I am a Caron lover), a few different red heart options a few other things and some Christmas yarn but you guys definitely had more. I did pick up a few of Caron one pounds though for sure!
