damn it i got the normal M9. whats your opinion on it? (M92F military) I can see this one has many more features

is the plastic good quality or should I buy a fully metallic instead. I really want the realism and weight into it.

It's good quality plastic and withstand being dropped and knocked about more than a cheaper metal m9 but it doesn't have the nice sounds of a full metal pistol sadly. But it is still hefty in the hand, especially with the extended mags.

Is the extended mag a pain to fill with green gas/does the can tip reach the fill nozzle? It just looks recessed in the magazine in most pictures I've seen on websites

You have to use a metal nozzle to fill with and yes it's a pain but it does fill up.

Does the extended mag hold also more gas, or is it just the BB capactiy that inceases? How many BBs you can shoot on 1 fill? Mine M9 mags can do only 1 mag (maybe they are old), but new guns like XD-40 can do about 3 mags full of bbs easily. The kick is also harder than on the berettas.

Does using green gas instead of 144/134a damage the slide in the long run?

In the long run yes....but I've had TM pistols running on green gas for over 10 years with no problems so it could be a very long run if you get my meaning.
