Coronavirus ruined all our plans,I have done my police report three times now because it is expired,my medical was done in june and we still waiting for the consulate to reopen,how was the interview bros in lagos consulate

Hi! Congratulations! I'm hoping you may be able to help with a couple of questions I have... I will be booking my interview soon and I'm nervous about the document I-134 as we aren't sure if my fiancee earns enough to be some sponsor. At the interview, did they ask about financials and for the i-134 ? Do they take into consideration the beneficiary savings also? I'm so worried that we could be denied because my fiancee has only just started making above the minimum earnings to qualify. Thank you - Amy 💙🌻

@@MaryannOkonkwo keep calm dear..have courage...and be very sincere...the interview for me was a success and I thank God..I was kind of tensing too but I had to pull myself n gather the confidence...have all the necessary documents...n I noted they asked me few questions from the ds160 form..n the general things one must know about their fiancee ..also print enough pictures of you both , together with your relatives..it's an added advantage...n print chat n call records too ..key thing is don't LIE.dont FEAR.

My question is do they require financial evidence in form of my bank statements as a alien fiancee at the US Embassy in Kenya or they only need the ones sent by the American fiance? Thanks.

Do you take the I-129 completed application to interview? The one the petitioner filed?

Hi, you don't need to take it for the interview. The one that the petitioner sent to USCIS will actually be in the hands of the consulate officer on the day of the interview. If the petitioner happens to have another copy, then it'll be beneficial for the beneficiary to use it to study since the interview questions are derived from the initial package. Hope that helps :)

thx for ur respond. My fiancé did her interview this morning but she said they took the affidavit of support but didn’t take tax papers or bank statements. I’m not sure if she pass the interview or not. They took her passport and told her to come back next Thursday for it. They asked few questions about our relationship, saw pics and Facebook chat. What happens if u pass the interview?

@@Africaunfolded1 She most likely passed her interview since they took her passport. Congrats!! At this point, You can enter your NVC case number into the CEAC case tracker to find out the status after the interview. It should go from Ready to Administration Processing to Issued. Once it's "Issued" the text message usually comes the next day for passport pick up. If you're divorced, then you will need to provide a divorce certificate. Or provide death certificate for a spouse that has passed. There's no certificate showing that you're single.

Olly, this medical is agitating me lol. My son and I have been vaccinated. But my youngest daughter (9yrs) hasn’t because I don’t want to vaccinate her. I have 4 children and 3 of them and myself have been vaccine damaged in one form or another. I live in England and we still have that choice. But will they make me vaccinate her just to be approved? Also what medical documents do they need? Are they listed anywhere? xx
