2 years have passed since Elysian Realm was given to us and a Year have passed since we parted ways with the 13 Heroes of the Past, yet the montage of how each of them were living their happy live, never fails to make my heard felt like being stab and twisted by a rusted knife

Even though he got the peace that he deserved, it was still heartbreaking to remember and see what the dude went through. Him, Sakura, and Aponia went through probably one of the toughest things a normal human can experience.

Nothing can top the elysian realm arc. Arguably the best arc in the story for me. Mihoyo managed to make us feel connected to every flamechaser. I teared up a lot at the finale lol

@@MysticisM730 You're kinda like me, admittedly. My first encounter with her during the start of Elysian Realm, I didn't like her and I didn't trust her until later on that she ended up growing on me and ended up liking her.

​@@simplydave9649well, it has nothing to do with your opinion. Filler is defined for something that don't pertain to the main story. To The Flawless arc (29-31) is in fact not a filler. Because: 1. They directly bridges one of the main protagonist character development which is Mei. Without them, she wouldn't be who she is now. Without them there will be no Herrscher of Origin Successor. Without Herrscher of Origin, Kiana couldn't have become The Finality. 2. Without To The Flawless, there would be no Herrscher of Corruption conclusion. If you actually follow the story, you'd know without HoC conclusion, it wouldn't make sense at all for the story to jump straight to Finality. 3. To The Flawless explained why Herrscher like kiana and the others exist. And explained many more. Obviously your brain clearly couldn't handle them, hence you said they are "filler"

Oh shit, this made me realize yet another painful irony in the Elysian Realm story. Elysian Realm was set up by Elly, who wished for 'more herrschers like her' And it served to end the HoC, whose purest wish was to 'be more like her'. Oof. Makes me wonder if the song doesn't also apply to the HoC. Either way; "Ah, how I long to embrace the future" never fails to get me with all that it conveys.

I almost felt attacked when I played through Elysium Everlasting the first time round. It was Mihoyo's direct attack on my wallet - I was resentful, because there wasn't anything I could do to avoid going 4/4 for that beautiful, heart-touching girl at once. I can totally emphathise with Noel instantly 100% whaling and her saying "this is unfair". It totally is! How dare they make such a feeling in my heart-!

Looks like she picked up on the weight Kevin had to bear all this time - that emotion is gonna hit her like a truck when she finishes the Finality/Origin chapter where Kevin finally completed his mission and caught up with his friends & Dr. MEI. As much of a mess as the ending chapter for part I was, I think the Kevin part was a good send-off for his character.
