These things are so cool. I have the 19 piece Astro set of nano sockets (6-24mm, no skips). They also make a dedicated flex head ratcheting 100T wrench for these with the retaining ring in 18" and 10.5" lengths. I have the long one and just ordered the short one. GearWrench also makes a reversible, locking flex head ratcheting wrench which can also drive these 17mm hex drive sockets. They also make for a super compact setup with an m12 stubby impact or electric ratchet.

Make sure use you have clearance to remove the bolt or nut when using one way ratchet wrench or you'll get trapped.

And yes, most wrenches at 12 sided, but you can get 6 sided wrenches... all the advantages of this these stubbies but half the height!
