Like when you need to connect to your baker for some makes she will either tell you she is busy and that she will call you later and never did. What do you do then?

First reaction - 'You make excuses for her'🙂... Probably she got quite busy and forgot, maybe something happened at work and she wasn't in a good place to talk, maybe she decided not to as it wasn't convenient, maybe...just maybe. Second reaction - reach out again to remind her just in case she forgot and hear from her. Then you know what next to conclude or assume. These are my thoughts.🙂

You're most welcome. It really depends on what recipes you use as a Baker and the texture of your Cakes. You can use tiers that are not so moist like oil based cakes. Or if using them, pair with other flavours.

You really hit the nail at the head 🤔🤔🤔🤔, l took an order that almost cost me alot. A client ordered chocolate and fruit cake for her wedding. I couldn't cover the choc cake on time for deco considering the fact that I don't want it to spoil before cutting. It really sucks, since then l learnt my lesson.

Very insightful. I learnt the last point the hard. I had baked the cake (loaf cakes) when it was time to deliver, the client said she wasn't at home and won't come back early. I said OK the next day. The next day she came up with another silly excuse. I ended up giving the cake to my siblings.
