Hi Bro, how are you doing? I just got a WD Black SN850X to dedicate specifically for After Effects, but I'm a bit confused. Should the cache be stored on a separate drive? I'm not sure what the optimal setup is. I'd love to share my current storage configuration with you, and I'd really appreciate it if you could take a look and let me know if it's set up correctly. 1TB M2 Gen 4x4 (System C:) : After Effects.exe 256GB SSD : After Effects Cache 2TB HDD WDBLUE : Project files (.aep, .ai, .mp4, etc.) Do you think there will be any slowdowns if I store .aep files on the HDD? Thanks so much for your time, and I apologize for the trouble.
