We had the proof that you don't win Olympic Games thanks to a very good project BUT thanks to an agressive lobbying to sell a project. I remember Paris 2012 committee who just refused to do lobbying to respect a certain olympic spirit, when the mayor of London and all the brits were knocking on doors to change IOC preference. Fair play to London to recall us this lesson. Whatever your project, fucking persuade it's the best even if it's the worst.
