I attended a coaches' seminar last time for figure skaters, and the image training or visualization is much more effective when done in 1st person POV rather than 3rd person POV since in the 1st person POV, you want to imagine how the jumps, spins, and the whole program is gonna feel if you will skate a clean program. As a figure skater, I used to to that when I'm prepping for competition. I often do it before sleeping
