Should be would be imo. Tokyo is already one of the most popular city in the world. A lot of people were anticipating for Tokyo 2020. Plus Japan's culture, like anime, cars and music has already reach every corner of the world. It's a big shame that Tokyo Olympics 2020 had to be watered down to comply with COVID-19's safety standards.
