The Sochi video is wrong, it's the Parallel Slalom finals, not the Parallel Giant Slalom finals.

Indeed. But he did also win the GS that year as well so it’s an easy mistake to make. And I think it was the only time slalom was held at the Olympics.

Yes, it is but Russia's Vic Wild won both gold in the debut of parallel slalom, which is now discontinued, and the parallel giant slalom. There were some misunderstanding.
