I'm an actual swimmer, and I have mad respect for synchronized swimmers/dancers. We can easily hold our breath longer than most of the synchronized swimmers (that we see at our pools, probably not these ladies) and probably can swim faster/longer, but we would never be able to do anything like this. It's a lot harder than you think to lift someone up out of the water while swimming. Also, they are really flexible. We were comparing our swim group with a synchronized swimming group one time, and though we could barely touch our toes, they easily have the flexibility of gymnast. Plus, they have to do everything in sync. I can't even imagine how bad we would be at that. So much hard work and dedication goes to this sport, and I respect anyone that goes in it.

Merecían el oro, la ejecución fue magnífica y fue la rutina más difícil de todas las que hubo, pero misteriosamente Rusia como siempre ganó.

One support from Spain was thwarted. The Russians had a higher difficulty, as well as a stronger execution, high lifts, inimitable synchronicity. For a human eye, Spain may be better, but from the point of view of a Professional, Russian women were the best!!!!

@@cmo6055 omg. For real? They should have won unless the jurors don't want them to.

@@htcharedtimothychannel Russia won the gold, China silver and Spain won the bronze medal. Russia is always perfect in their performance but in 2012 Olympics they had a pretty boring routine imo. This routine is one of my alltime favourites! Technically it is not perfect, little mistakes at some points. But artistically very pleasing, original and well done!
