Now the main judge admitted that they did not spot the error of Max, which means he was over scored, but the result can not be changed, it's a pity for Su, such an extraordinary young athlete, a true champion in the hearts of the people.

Honestly, on the "extended highlights", it would be nice if you rapidfire through the best run of EACH rider. I don't care about slow motions and intro outro of runs, pricegiving, etc. I can watch all that by replaying the whole broadcast myself (once it's released in some years...) That's what would be honorable to ALL athletes and consumer-friendly.

We bought this because it was the only goofy foot board we could find. We already had a regular footed board of a different brand. This one is much better; specifically the bindings. Their shape makes it easy to get your foot in. Great design for a kids board to use on a small hill.

what you fail to realise is that news outlets rarely know the rules of any given sport.. especially a niche sport such as slopstyle. UNfortunately, I agree with the judging here. Su missed the 3rd pipe - it seemed he was attempting to tap it but missed. If he had hit that 3rd feature, I will guarantee he would've scored 91 or more. Missing a feature entirely docks more points than "missing" or making an "incorrect" grab. I'm a judge at some events here in NA and sometimes fly out to japan on invitation.

In Africa we get no snow, how do they expect us to participate? Its a bit unfit and geographical unproper
@esmeeisen99192 жыл бұрын
I think that goes for most winter olympic sports.
@henriht11472 жыл бұрын
I do remember that a few African skiers have participated in the past. Sadly I can't remember their names, but I still have a lot of respect for these guys. Brave enough to participate and push through till the end even if it was clearly visible that he struggled quite a bit. Given the African physique and durability I do think that you could really do well in some of the acrobatic disciplines like snowboarding and freestyle skiing for example if you find some people with love for it and send them to train elsewhere in the world. I have seen videos of some black americans do very well on snowboards for example and it looked like they enjoyed the snow alot as well. Perhaps in the future we will see it happen. Alot of Africa seems to have started developing to a higher living standard nowadays so it can be very well possible with a little bit of work.
