I love her as a gymnast. Beautiful vault and superb bar routine. Her floor also well done made. It is very strange to see she is not so good on bb because older team of italian are very good on beam like ferrari, ferlitto. Even after 8 years, no one can beat the performance of komova during youth olympic 2010. Anyway, congratsss for winning thiss

Bradley P actually spain and italy olympic committee members are complaining to the COI because their athletes cant compete while the ones in USA CANADA UK RUSSIA... can train but tbh i think the COVID-19 unfortunately will make US france germany uk or russia and other countries athletes be in the same situation as long as those countries havent done severe measures like quarantine

Giorgia came home regularly after American Cup, because coming back to your hometown was one of the reasons for which you could receive a pass for crossing the borders besides they had been closed. Athletes who are preparing for the Olympics (so, members of national teams of every Olympic sport) are still allowed to train in Italy, or, at least, they were until a few days ago (the situation is gettnig worst and worst here in northern Italy, I didn't read news about them training or not in these days)

Cam someone explain me how it's possible that she got a 9,266 on her second vault in the vault final? The only deductions i see are crossed feet, slightly piked position in the ending, not flexed feet in the ending (?) and the hop, that makes 9,6...is there some other deduction I could not see?

a little bit of bent elbows on the table and slightly twisting on the horse (not really but it lacks the separation between the pop and the initiation of the twist) otherwise excellent vaulting!

I did gymnastic as a child, my trainer use to touch my bum and my belly to check if my muscles were tight in every positions. Nothing strange. We were the same age of his kids, he was like a father for us and we were doughters for him. If you never trained you can't understand! It's not just because Larry Nassar happened that now we have to see the devil everywhere! Usually monsters are really good to hide them self under false pretences. Marco Campodonico is a great trainer and great man! And sorry if I say that, maybe not everybody is agree with me, but in American Sports, specially gymnastic, with all that obsession to be the best in the world, with all the pressure on the athlets, I am afraid it's left space for abusing behaviors. that's really sad...But please...just evoid to write about something you don't know enough!

Arrivando dietro solo alla Biles. Ma immagino tu non sappia neanche chi sia la Biles, date le premesse.
