Tetragon 213 you're right, but the cheapest cruise ship ticket from Miami to Cuba is about $800, the cheapest flight is $80, because we didn't find any "economy class" ship anymore these days (except in the 3rd world country)

The Great Ocean Liner, RMS Queen Mary 2 is by far, along with Queen Victoria and Queen Elizabeth, the most beautiful Liner of this generation.

Mick Tello Raises an interesting question, though. What does count? The SS Rotterdam is still around, much like the Queen Mary. Interestingly enough, the SS Stockholm is still sailing, last time I checked. I guess that counts, though it was never prestigious enough to take its place amongst the greats.

When the naked steel is constructed every single panel is rusty. How do they paint it, over the rust or do they remove the rust before and how? Sandblast the whole surfaces before painting?

This is Queen Normandie no queen mary!Structurally this ship is very similar to the Normandie in fact it is its modern modernized incarnation of Normandie

The design was similar to the normandie but it wasn't designed by the French. Steven Payne wanted the best for Queen Mary 2
