just wondering, what is the name of the lens mount adapter that you use?

It’s an OM-NEX (NEX is Sony emount) as there are no electronics it’s fairly cheap.

my girlfriend gave me an olympus that came with the lens for $10. I am so excited to use this lens!

LOL. I use Olympus OM Zuiko lenses myself, on a Sony A7 (s) mark 1 (so no ibis setting needed!) . “Lenses” because I own about 20 of them. Regards from The Netherlands.

I'm not sure why OMDS doesn't remake these with a 0.5 focal reducer. Making it 25mm f0.9. I would pay good money for that!
