I run it at 75% speed for meditation and chanting. I like that longer, slower chant. The singers’ voices are so crystalline and harmonious that for me it all still radiates through my whole self like a singing bowl’s ring. Also, I came up with this contemplation as my own way of honoring the meaning in meditation. I focus on a point in front of my closed eyes as being the unspeakable primordial divine (Oooommm), while seating my consciousness behind my eyes (silently looking out of my eyes so seeing the periphery of my eyesight with eyes closed) as who I was before my parents were born (naaa maaa), and focus on feeling love of these dual points of focus for the sake of loving (shiiii vaaaa). This is just what came to me while chanting and meditating with these beautiful chanters.
